Volker is a Corporate Lawyer. He focuses on transactions, restructuring and estate planning. Prior to joining WLHK, Volker worked as senior manager for the audit firm KPMG.

Volker is member of Supervisory Boards at several companies. He regularly publishes in leading Law journals.
